How might learning to lipread help you?

Lip reading can also help adults who have normal hearing but struggle to understand speech in
noise.

Research states that “Lipreading training has potential to significantly improve adults face to face
communication in noisy settings in which the talker can be seen.” (Bernstein, Auer, Eberhart 2021)

I have people attending my classes who say their hearing is normal but learning to lipread has been
beneficial to them at home and in the work place.
